Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).
Shipping Rates & Methods
- We offer standard shipping option. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days (depending on location).
Delivery Areas
- We ship to all areas within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
- For certain remote locations, delivery may take longer. If you're in a less accessible area, we’ll notify you of any extended delivery times.
- International Orders: We currently ship to most countries. Kindly confirm your location with our customer service executive.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier’s website or mobile app.

Lost or Damaged Orders
- In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at sabeassist@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including providing a replacement or refund if necessary.
Customs & Import Duties
- For orders shipped within Malaysia, there are no customs duties or taxes to be paid by the customer. The price you see at checkout is the final amount for domestic orders.

- For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of shipping.

Shipping Address
